"Property is managed by Arbio, with no reception, but all information for check-in is sent via email, and we had no problems - their step-by-step check-in procedure was very concise. The property is in a great location for discovering Hamburg - right next to the train line, but with no noise from the trains. There is a supermarket right downstairs, and 2 more within 10 minutes walking. There are also many dining options nearby, but we utilised the excellent kitchen in the apartment. The 3 of us...

"Schöne, moderne und sehr saubere Wohnung mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Die Ausstattung ist völlig ausreichend für einen Urlaubsaufenthalt. Außerdem ist die Wohnung ruhig gelegen, abseits vom Hamburger Trubel. Mit dem Auto ist man aber in 5 Min. an der S-Bahn Station und in 20 Min. in der Innenstadt. "

Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass die Geräusche der nahe gelegenen Autobahn lediglich auf der Terrasse wahrnehmbar waren. "Der Aufenthalt war kurz, aber bestens. Alles wesentliche war im Appartment (sogar Kaffee und Filtertüten, Handtücher, Seife, ...). Die ebenerdige Unterkunft eignete sich bestens für einen Aufenthalt mit unserem Hund. Einzig negative Anmerkung: Trotz Reisebestätigung nach Buchung hatte der direkte Anbieter, den wir nach Ankunft anriefen, keine Buchung im System, weshalb das Zimmer zu unserem Eintreffen nicht gereinigt war und wir noch ein wenig Erklärungsnot hatten.
