"The location was ideal. The room was dated but fine. It looked like the sheets on the pull out bed had not been changed from last guest and there were a lot of ants. We were also asked to pay a deposit when we arrived, which I wasn't aware of and eventually they let it go but not without having to get upset about it."

"Great motel if your looking for a really inexpensive motel for the night before heading to the airport. I do not like the reception lady that wears a headscarf and alot of eyeliner and makeup, she was so rude, unfriendly, snobby, looked at you like we were dirt- a real yucky lady! She would be my only complaint, I mean take a job on customer service when you hate people. She has never smiled once!"

"Reception staff were very welcoming, friendly and most importantly their smiles seemed genuine. Instructions for the basement car parking was made very clear. Note to management: give the girls a nicer uniform, make it modern and get rid of the grey colour. The girls smiles made up for the dull uniform.
The first room I was allocated, was clean but the bathroom door was not hung well. This created a wide gap between the wall and door whereby personal privacy in the bathroo was an issue....
