"What a beautifully unique place to stay! We were in the Gamekeeper's bothy and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was clean and spacious and the wood stove kept us plenty warm! We never saw any red squirrels but I did see a beautiful jay that was so different from the blue jays we have in the US. I would stay here again in a minute!"

"Die Unterkunft liegt zentral und man kann von dort zu vielen tollen Unternehmungen starten. Tolle Landschaft, Castles und andere schöne Orte. Man kann direkt von der Unterkunft zum Cairn Leuchan hochwandern. Ballater ist ein sehr schöner Ort. "

"A lovely home with 3 good-sized bedrooms and a nice open plan kitchen-living-dining area. It is in a quiet residential neighbourhood, but only a minute's walk from the centre of Ballater.Communication with Mark the host was easy and he was very responsive. Ballater is a beautiful little town with loads of amenities and nearby places to visit. Thoroughly recommend! :-)"

"We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate with our family! From the start, Bryden and Rebecca were incredibly kind and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed for a memorable stay. The home itself is spacious, beautifully kept, and had plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy time together.The grounds were absolutely perfect for our whole family, there was so much space for the kids to run, play, and explore. They especially loved playing football and paddling...

"Super Unterkunft. Alles sehr sauber. Danke für das Willkommenspaket. Im oberen Bad fehlt die Beschriftung für Shampoo etc in der Dusche, im unteren Bad ist der Duschkopf leicht defekt. Eine Beschreibung für die Mülltrennung wäre gut, da man den Text auf den Mülltonnen teilweise nicht mehr lesen kann. Ansonsten alles top."
