Mosquito screens on all doors and windows. Air conditioned. The owner lives in attached property and sweeps and cleans patio area and the pool every morning and waters the garden. Ideally placed close to a taverna, supermarket (fresh bread every morning) and car hire office. Short walk to idyllic beach coves and stunning coastline....

"A clean, pretty and compact cottage but all you need is in it and a great space outside for eating. Such a lovely area with two fantastic walks from the bay in both directions and plenty more sights in easy distance. Highly recommend!"

"We had such a delightful stay. Enjoyed every minute here! The area is superb and the herbs and landscaping around the property are beautiful. "Can thoroughly recommend this apartment. Everything inside is finished to a very high standard and it has an amazing outlook onto Kalami bay. The owner, Jehanne, was very friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble, with thoughtful touches such as a welcome pack which was very well received. Would definitely stay here again."

"This villa is in a great location, overlooking the lovely Kalami bay. We drove around north Corfu a bit during our stay and we really couldn't find anywhere as charming as this area. The villa is part of a larger complex (5-6 villas in total?). "As charming and comfortable as the photos suggest. Separate entrances for all but two rooms also gave each of our family subgroups extra privacy, while the large and comfortable common areas provided plenty of space to gather, play fishbowl, or read and relax together. "Incredible place to stay in Corfu. The cottage itself was well appointed and spacious, and a shared deck with a beautiful view of Corfu. "Hemos pasado unas vacaciones estupendas! La casa es muy amplia y cómoda. El jardin es precioso, lleno de flores y tambien muy espacioso y con mucha privacidad. La casa está en el pueblo asique hay un montón de tiendas para comprar comida, restaurantes, etc. La playa está tambien muy cerca, todo se puede hacer andando. Con un coche se puede visitar la isla, una isla realmente bonita y suave. Los duenos de la casa han sido encandores y nos han hecho sentir como en familia. Mil gracias Spiros!...

"We were able to access property easily and slightly earlier than arranged. Very thoughtful welcome pack on arrival. Pool and gardens are well kept and clean. Absolutely fabulous location and views. Beach, groceries and tavernas all within walking distance. I noted a few reviews mentioning the bins being off site which they are however the super friendly gardener will take rubbish for you so it’s really not a problem. Kalami bay is beautiful. Good selection of tavernas with fun Greek music...

"The cottage is small, but quaint, characterful and very peaceful. Inside the dark wooden beams make everything look a little dark, but it's comfortable. Kitchen equipment is a little dated, but it all works. The a/c works well. The front patio has very nice partial views of the sea, about 200m away across a field. The back garden is beautiful and the small private pool is really nice. The location is rural, so bring mozzy spray! Be aware that Kassopi town is well over a mile away, so only...

"The rocky shoreline just in front of the property was fantastic for wild swimming and snorkeling, and the views across the channel to Albania were spectacular. There was quite a lot of music and noise audible all day from the sound system at a neighboring resort, which did disrupt the peaceful atmosphere somewhat, and access to a car was essential as there were extremely limited facilities within walking distance, especially early on in the season when we visited."

"Het is geen doorsnee huis. Het is een huis met karakter. Het is ruim en met goede voorzieningen, al zijn er wat zaken die enige aandacht behoeven. Ook zou het wel wat beter schoongemaakt kunnen worden, maar door het mooie weer hebben we vooral in de tuin en op het terras gezeten. En dat is een hele fijne plek. In de tuin staan veel fruitbomen en notenbomen waar we gewoon van mochten plukken. Takis en zijn vader zijn zeer zorgzame gastheren."

"Philippos apartments were very clean and the pool area was kept clean and tidy. We used the pool bar every day and the food and drink were excellent. No booming loud noisy music, and a very large tv screen which we were able to watch the sad events about the Royal family. All in all, a very clean and peaceful place to stay. I will be booking again next year!!"

Cómodo y servicio amable
"Buscaba algo que no estuviera lejos de Corfú, pero que estuviera cerca de la playa, y fue perfecto para lo que necesitaba. La habitaión grande y la cama confortable. No es un hotel con lujos, pero cumple su función. Lo único a objetar, el desayuno bastante pobre.... tampoco era temporada, quizá por eso era bastante simple. El personal muy amable, como suele ser en Corfú."
