"We made the cruise with Alisa, senior suite with balcony. Both our agent, Nancy, as well our guide during the transfer and the cruise, Robert, were excellent, always willing to help us. Good and plenty food and nice excursions also. Fantastic room and superb views from the balcony of the room to Halong Bay. Thank you!"

Los empleados encantadores, Justin Cao es muy buen guia, te explica todo bien y es muy simpático. En el barco David y Min nos trataron muy bien. Yen también fue muy amable y atenta con nosotros y nos explico muy bien el curso de comida vietnamita."

"The trip to the island was a wasted day. No real purpose to the trip."

"Wow a huge hotel with a lot of rooms. The service was excellent. Great eating in options. This hotel is on an island so you need to plan your day to get back on boat etc that only run every 30 mins. Given the amount of people this hotel can have there was a lot of noise at night and early in the morning."

"Good value for money, staff were great, food was plentiful and fresh, rooms could do with a spruce up but comfortable bed and had own bathroom/toilet. Crew were really helpful and they made the trip fun for all passengers. Squid fishing was fun and making Vietnamese spring rolls. Disappointing to see so much trash in the sea, although this is out of control of this particular cruise boat."
