"Cat ba Serena homestay was an amazing experience. Our family of five felt so comfortable, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. Linda was very responsive and instrumental in organizing a full day boat tour which did not disappoint ( we even saw the endangered langur monkeys sleeping on the cliff). Our second day we rented motorbikes from The homestay and explored the island including caves within the national park. Our kids especially enjoyed the food at the homestay- amazing...

"Great place to stay while in Viet Hai Village. Comfortable rooms with excellent a/c, good shower and comfortable beds.
The food was amazing, no need to eat anywhere else. Fast laundry service.
The gardens around the property were beautiful.
The best part of our stay was the help we received from the manager, a young guy named Chilly. He took care of all transportation to and from the village, including transport back to Hanoi. He also booked an incredible Ha Long Bay day cruise for us and has...

"Good: views, beach, breakfast buffet, plenty of beautiful photo opportunities
Bad: the common areas and hallways did not have A/C, it was very uncomfortable to walk around inside the building. The A/C also couldn’t stay cool enough to keep the room temperature steady. The mirror light would not turn on. The shower in the room created flooding, we could not use the facilities because they were closed earlier than advertised on their info pamphlet. Before we went to bed the hallway light in...

"We were very welcome into Ha Long. The staff helped us to find a boat, where to eat and what to do to be efficient and benefit a maximum from our trip. 10/10 Excelente
De los alojamientos más limpios en los que he estado, habitaciones nuevas , un servicio excelente y un desayuno muy muy completo. El personal de recepción está para todo lo que necesites y el tour en barco que realizan por La Ha y Ha long está perfecto.
