The property at first looks amazing but other than the pool/gym, every has a cost that too on a higher side- so nobody was in the arcade or spa- it was was all deserted - even the rooftop bar.
The hotel is quite commercialized much like USA and lacks Viet hospitality or the human touch.
No area for bottle refill, the shuttle to town has a cost, and when it is time to checkout, they shove you out at the exact moment the clock struck a 12noon.
We lived in Vietnam for 15 days in 5 different cities and hotels but this one even with the amazing location and supposedly exceptional amenities ranks the lowest for me.
The breakfast has a good selection but many items aren’t labeled and most staff doesn’t understand English. It was difficult to identify meat and all.
It’s better to live in smaller hotel, with warm staff and better vibes.
