"Hai and Chilly were fabulous hosts, communicative and always happy to assist in any way. As it was winter we opted to stay in the village. "Wow a huge hotel with a lot of rooms. The service was excellent. Great eating in options. This hotel is on an island so you need to plan your day to get back on boat etc that only run every 30 mins. "We were expecting a beach front hotel. The beach is 6km away. The room was small, service shocking, breakfast basic and staff un inviting. We were booked for 6 nights and moved after 1 night. The hotel would not refund our money. The accommodation was falsely advertised and a disappointment. We also expected a pool, but there is no pool."

"Good value for money, staff were great, food was plentiful and fresh, rooms could do with a spruce up but comfortable bed and had own bathroom/toilet. Crew were really helpful and they made the trip fun for all passengers. Squid fishing was fun and making Vietnamese spring rolls. Disappointing to see so much trash in the sea, although this is out of control of this particular cruise boat."
