"Hai and Chilly were fabulous hosts, communicative and always happy to assist in any way. As it was winter we opted to stay in the village. The family sized room with 2 king beds and bathroom plus your own seating and hammock out the front situated in lovely gardens was a great place to recover after doing the Ha Giang Loop. "Very nice homestay, in a gorgeous area. The accomodations were spacious and had lovely terraces; the gardens were beautiful and the food was excellent. I would recommend eating with the other guests at the homestay. The staff was lovely and helpful. But, it was fairly difficult getting to the homestay (ferry to CatBa, drive across the Island, another ferry to LanHa) so keep that in mind."

Hele vejen igennem har vi fået god behandling og perfekt service af Jennie fra hotellet, som har hjulpet med alt fra transport til og fra, bådture og scooterleje.
Vores værelse var lidt til den lille side, men ellers ikke det store og klage over.
Senge var lidt for hård til min smag, men blev løst med ekstra dyner under lagen.
Eneste lille anke, er morgenmaden,
som ikke er det bedste.

"This was a great little place to stay on Cat Ba. When we went it was just the start of the tourism season, and there were a lot of building works next door. The layout of the hotel is lovely but there are a LOT of stairs - ours ended up on the 4th floor with no lift available! The staff very kindly took our luggage up and down however but this is important to note! The breakfast is ok, nothing special, and doubtful they make it fresh when you order - I think they cook it that morning and leave...

We love the service here and staffs are very friendly and polite.The resort also has electric taxi to take you to into the town with small fee. "The best hotel ive stayed in so far on my trip to vietnam. Trung the receptionist was so helpful, I wish all were as good as him. He goes the extra mile and genuine service. The hotel was spotless and my room spacious with a great view of the bay, especially sunrise in the morning rising above one of the islet peaks. I would definitely recommend this hotel for someone who prefers a quieter location away from the main town and very close to the cruise boat harbour. 5 stars from me"

"It is only 2 hours from Hanoi in a private transfer which isnt expensive. Embarking is painless and the rooms are spectacular. The organization is great, food and drnks are pretty good. The activities are enjoyable and I would say the high price is overall worth it for one night stay."

"Was a great stay. Breakfast on the street is great, rooms spacious and in a cave, very cool. The only resort that I stayed in Vietnam that had hot water.
