"I loved my stay, rooms where clean and where nice & cozy. The staff was nice and very informative about everything. Loved the Mahi Mahi bar and grill, food and drinks were suprisingly great. The only thing I can complain about was there where 6 stray dogs roaming the property my whole stay and my family aren't dog lovers, also i wish there where more food options on the resort. The property was surprisingly quiet for a resort which I loved. We loved that there were washer and dryer in the room....

"The staff was great! Very helpful and willing to help! The room was great as well, everything was clean except for the bathroom. The bathroom counter was dirty, the mirror and the bathtub seemed to not have been cleaned in a while. We put a towel on the bathtub to not put our feet on that dirty bathtub. You could see the dirt and grime from afar. We didn't let the staff know because we were in a hurry but please fix that for the next guests."

Transportation: I highly recommend using Uber throughout your trip. It was much cheaper than transportation companies and taxis. The hotel seemed to push taxis, but they were charging almost double or triple what Uber cost.

"Hotel is new, therefore the staff is all over the place. Couldn’t get reservations to the restaurants for dinner. Buffet was the only option. And the staff took forever to come by our table for drinks. One night they never even came to the table. A disaster. Hotel otherwise is clean and fun for the children. And the ac overnight would turn off or set itself to a low temperature where you barely felt it and you could not change it. Personally, I didn’t like it."

"The space was just as showed in photos & description it was very lovely! We had three people staying at the complex for one week and the only issue we ran into was having enough towels. To our knowledge there isn’t washing or drying so keep that in mind when packing. Also be aware that the walls are pretty thin so you’ll be able to hear any noise outside!"
"The front desk staff wasn't friendly. Slightly rude. Location not in good proximity to local points of interest. Required taxi transportation everywhere averaging 7$ to $20 per person every time you move from location to the next. Prices changed based on what they felt like charging or destination. There were chickens, dogs and cats roaming freely on the property. A cat literally walking around the restaurant like a customer underneath feet while we ate. Not much entertainment on the property....

"A great location across the street from a gorgeous pink sand beach and Tippy’s. Rooms are clean and comfortable with a rustic chic feel to them and a well manicured set of grounds. A great place for a low-key getaway."
"The property was beautiful and steps from the beach. Very comfortable and clean. Only 2 complaints I have is that they didn’t clean our room because we didn’t stay for 5 or more days. And one of the bartenders was a little rude. Other than that we had an amazing time and our room had an amazing view. I do recommend this hotel."
