"This is a lovely hotel in an amazing location. The staff are all super friendly and helpful and go out of their way to make you feel at home and looked after. Only caveats are that the rooms are small and that it being a gorgeous old building, it doesn't have a lift/elevator, so if you have heavy luggage or issues with stairs, ask for ground floor rooms."

"We came to London for wiinter wonderland with our grand daughter who is 3. We found the staff were very polite and the apartment was lovely clean and very comfortable, my granddaughter loved running around playing hide and seek. The location is great just off park lane and has easy access to any where you want to go round the west end, we come to winter wonderland each year with her and hope to book 9 Hertford street again next year.
