"The apartment is clean and comfortable with fun, eclectic decor. The bed was comfortable, linens nice and the ability to adjust the temperature was perfect. Lisa is an amazing hostess and her attention to detail made our stay incredible. She went above and beyond in helping to orientate us prior to our trip to ensure we made the most of the Fur Rondy. She even left out programs and maps to help us get going as soon as we arrived. In every way she made the stay welcoming and memorable."

"My group of four loved staying at Happy's place. It is a shared home with 3 different properties to rent. We were in the basement, and there was some noise from the group who stayed on the main floor. When I told Happy, she was incredibly kind and handled the situation for us with no issue. Plenty of room for 4 adults and a full kitchen to make life easy. We would stay here again!"

"We had the best time staying in this beautiful house! It was the perfect amount of room for the 6 of us. Plenty of space to spread out and also come together in the huge, well stocked kitchen. There's a nice big table where we relaxed and played games after a busy day. We had the best time visiting with Bill, Kim and Sophia sitting around their fire and hearing stories. An unexpected bonus to our stay! We were only there one night but it felt like home. Highly recommend!"

"Loved the Bootleggers Hideaway!! The unit was very comfortable, well furnished, and had everything we needed. It was just a short walk up the hill to Anchorage and all its great brewpubs and restaurants. The owner was very responsive to all of our queries, and we really enjoyed our stay. Would love to come back in a different season!"

"Uncomfortable bed and furniture. The other units could be heard constantly and all through the night. Management company makes you get another login/app to evolve in order to access property information. Internet issue reported late evening was resolved, but the management company called and texted me every hour from 7:00 am until 9:00 to confirm. Would not stay there again."

"My husband stayed for a few days of our honeymoon, and did enjoy how close it was to most things downtown! We primarily walked despite the heavy snowfall. We went to Artic Sushi and Snow City Cafe, both incredible. The space is small, but has all the functions you would need to cook, a tv, etc. We enjoyed relaxing in the livingroom but thought maybe an ottoman in front of the couch would help us prop our feet up while watching tv. "My wife bright our family here to stay while we hosted our daughter’s wedding in Girdwood. Great spot and property. The only reason I have 4 stars on cleanliness is that I am 6’7” and see some things that most people don’t. I’d stay there again and recommend to anyone."

"The room had just been cleaned when we checked in. The chemicals were very strong smelling and my husband had a difficult time breathing due to the smells. The bathroom fan is obnoxiously loud and it turns on automatically with the bathroom light. There were not any screens on the windows. We had the windows open all night to let the smells out and all sorts of bugs got in. The view was beautiful. "
