"Great location. 7 eleven around the corner is so convenient for breakfast, drinks and snacks. Restaurants and shopping are a few minutes walk away. Staff are helpful and responsive to our needs. There is an elevator on the street level for those who have difficulty carrying their luggage up the steps to the first floor reception area."

"Had a great stay here for our 3 week trip! Got the superior deluxe rooms which are pretty spacious, the staff are lovely and the hotel is nice. Location is perfect - close to Okubo station and the yamanote line Shin-Okubo station. Carpet in my room did have some stains on, but the soles of my slippers didn't get dirty as I walked round it so it is clean. The only thing I noticed was that there was dust gathering in the aircon vents. These were minor though and I would really recommend staying...

"Excellent hotel with everything you would reasonably expect. The room is very small, but It had squeezed in a desk with a nice view of the area. "Great hotel and location! I love that the room provides a kettle and a washer/dryer. It made the stay very comfortable and easy. I also like that for the limited housekeeping you have the option for the staff to not enter the room and just leave fresh towels. The hotel also felt very safe since you are only able to access your own floor with your key card. Overall a great stay!"
