The apartment is entirely new, furnished with brand-new, high-quality amenities by the host, providing a clean and modern ambiance. Additionally, it features a convenient washing machine for your laundry needs, ensuring cleanliness for your clothes.

The spacious living room boasts a comfortable sofa bed and a large 55-inch TV, ideal for entertainment and relaxation. The fully-equipped kitchen area includes all cooking utensils, while the spacious bathroom offers personal hygiene amenities. Other things to note
- Please note that the apartment complex gate will be closed from 12:00 AM to 6:00 AM. During this time, there will be 24/7 security, and the gate can be opened whenever you need (please inform us in advance if you need to enter/exit during this period).

- We request a photo of your passport when you check in at the apartment for safety reasons. It will be used for registration with the local authorities during your stay. No other purpose.

- You can access to any parts of the apartment.
Keep the apartment nice and clean during your staying. Would be nice if you can throw the trash and clean your own dishes before check out.

- Please turn off electrical devices (air conditioning, heater, fan, TV, etc.) before leaving. The hot water heater, however, can be left on throughout your stay to maintain hot water.

- Please don’t throw anything in the toilet, including toilet paper.


- The apartment is located on the 5th floor, and there is no elevator. However, the staircase has a gentle slope, making it easy for guests to climb.

- The apartment uses an automatic lock, making it very convenient for entry and exit.

1. Q: Is breakfast included? A: Sorry it’s not included. You can have breakfast in the bistro, café around the area. Recommend: Rolled rice cakes (30 Hang Tre Street), Hue beef noodle soup (50 Hang Tre Street), Doner kebab (18 Hang Tre Street),…

2. Q: Can I check-in earlier than 2PM? A: Please be informed that our check-in time is at 2 PM. Early check-in will is subject to availability. We might be not able to promise any early check-in service at this point.

3. Q: Can I leave the luggage before check in/after check out? A: Certainly, just let us know in advance, and we will arrange a complimentary luggage storage for you.

4. Q: Can I have a later check-out on my departure date? A: Please be informed that our check-out time is at 12noon. Late check-out is subject to availability. We might be not able to promise any late check-out service at this point.

5. Q: Can I contact you directly and see the property before I make a booking? A:policy stated that we can not do a site visit before the booking confirmed for safety reasons. The exact address, direction, and details of the property will be given after you book a property.

6. Q: I don’t have a credit card, can I pay directly on the spot? A: We prefer to take reservation on .accepts the following payment method: Credit Card & Pay Pal.

7. Q: Is cleaning service that I paid is daily service? A: The apartment has been cleaned thoroughly before your check-in. However, If you need cleaning during your stay, please let us know. The cleaning fee is $5.

8. Q: Do we have new towels every day? Sorry, we only provide exactly number of towels according to how many people that you book.
