"Ruben welcomed us to the house personally then gave us our privacy after that. He answered all questions and requests promptly, but his house was a JEWEL in the Nicoya area. My wife's family is from Nicoya and we have stayed in the area 35 years. Ruben's house WOWED us. It blended into the tropical landscape, was only one floor, but was HUGE. "Logo’s place is small but just what I needed for myself. The driveway is hard to climb, as he mentions. Zibo’s communication is top shelf! Very responsive and always available to answer questions. The place was very clean and well organized.There was missing a functional outdoor space, which was a bit disappointing. Something that should be considered for a future upgrade.Great value for the money!Laurent"

"Driving to the property is about 95% paved road which is great. The property is plenty large for parking. The view of the ocean is the best every day. The home is very cute and comfortable, everything needed to accommodate is provided. 1 and a half bath with AC unit in the upstairs bed room. It can get pretty cold with the door closed. No one bothers you at all. Local Restaurants and stores are available. The beach is about 3/4 miles from home. Also has washing machine if needed."
