"Fabulous layout of the space, well furnished and decorated. 2-minute walk to the beach. Having a pool was a very nice amenity as well. We loved it! We did have a minor issue with the TV and dishwasher, but we contacted Gustavo and he came over right away and took care of it for us. Thank you for the great experience!"

"My husband and I stayed at this condo for 3 nights after leaving from a work trip in Playa Conchal. The unit is a few steps up from the parking lot, a flight of stairs above the pool. The complex has some owned occupied units and some rentals. I think there are 20 total. It’s a very spacious unit with high ceilings, a wonderful deck, beautiful views, a comfortable bed and well stocked. The photos only show the master bedroom and bath. The other bedroom has 2 twin beds and a full bathroom....

"The house was very, very nice—clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The kitchen was spacious and fully stocked with everything we needed, which made meals easy and enjoyable. "Potrero is our go to spot and this accommodation is the best so far. The property manager Arturo was there to meet us at check-in and was always available whenever we had questions. The unit had everything we needed but was also within walking distance of all of the best restaurants. The added bonus of being able to step out on the beach in the morning was the highlight of the stay. "

"We loved our stay at Ocotol with Denese. The suite was very nice and clean and well equipped. We felt very safe in the gated community. Owners were friendly and helpful. Walking right out to incredible snorkeling was the best part of our trip. It’s important to know that it isn’t totally private. The owners live above be and have windows that looked right down on the pool and outdoor area when you’re outside. It wasn’t a problem, but something to be aware of."
