"The villa is a beautiful, well kept home just off the beach of a very pleasant cove. It is in a secure and semi-private complex around the cove (by law the beach is open to the public, but this was not a major issue) which is extremely well maintained with gracious and friendly staff. "We had such a fantastic time at this lovely house in Potrero that my kids still lovingly refer to as “our mansion” - we were treated like royalty for a few days by our masterful chef and lovely cleaning staff, as well as Moises, our bartender. It was very hot when we stayed, and we had a bit of trouble with the AC units, but help came promptly and everything was repaired. I give this property my highest recommendation!"

"We very much enjoyed our staying in Costa Rica, and in particular our location in los Catalinas. The villa was clean and centrally located. The peekaboo view of the ocean from the upstairs bedroom balcony was very nice for morning coffee. The walk capability was the best part. We were just minutes from the beach, the Mercado, the numerous restaurants, etc. Staff, we’re all very friendly. We will definitely be back to Costa Rica!"

"The host was very responsive and even late at night, she accommodated my group quickly. The house had everything we needed. beach towels, beach chairs and kitchen amenities. The only downside is that there are alot of ants inside the property but i know its common around the area so we got bit quite a few times unfortunately. The pool area has a grill and common area to share. Overall great experience, we definitely will be coming back."

The pictures really do not do it justice, it is such a beautiful home and is fully stocked with everything one needs. The pool was amazing! It was awesome to have shuttles available to take you around the resort, to the beach, etc. This villa was just a short walk to the pool and restaurant on the resort.
