"We had a magical time here. A very short walk to the beach with an astounding view of the bay. The host and her assistant were so kind and very attentive. There are beach side restaurants 5 minutes away and it doesn't feel at all touristy. I strongly encourage anyone to check out this lovely guest house."

"We loved this house. It has a gorgeous view. We had access to a washer. There is a clothes line outside to dry the clothes. The clothes dried quickly as long as it didn’t rain. The air conditioning worked great upstairs. Like most Costa Rica rentals the air conditioning is just in the bedroom. Playa Conchal is our favorite beach. Not enough room to sleep 3 people comfortably, but perfect for a couple."

"My husband and I had a great stay at Casita Cole from Feb1-April 5/2024 . Zindis was good to work with . Our house manager , Edgar is the greatest ! Any little issue we had he was right on it . On a larger issue he was so helpful He checked in with us a number of times to make sure all was going well . The world needs more Edgars ! During a pandemic I thought cleanliness should be a given, but the interior of the property was dirty and did not appear to have been cleaned at all, despite the 'cleaning fee' that I paid. We had to clean the interior ourselves- kitchen, fridge, lightswitches, toilets, doors because they had dark handprints and fingerprints all over them. We were also terribly displeased with the neighborhood, which seemed like a slum since there were multiple...

"My husband and I booked this property to take our two young adult sons (21 and 22)on a family vacation. The gated community was perfect for our sons to venture out without us worrying about them driving to unfamiliar areas. It was very convenient to have shops, cafe, restaurant and bar in the gated community. I spent more time on the patio by the pool than in the house! "Our stay at Casa De Amigos was everything and more than we could have even imagined. The property was better than the pictures. It was clean and well maintained. The location was excellent - very quiet and very close to not only the beach but a couple of excellent restaurants within walking distance. We took our 4 children and their spouses with us to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary and everything was perfect. The 5 bedrooms and 5 baths fit our needs perfectly. The pool was amazing and...
