"There were 3 of us staying in the room. They only gave us supplies for 2(towels, coffee cups, coffee). When we asked for extras they still did not get what we needed. In the 3 days we were there, they never came into our room to clean, throw away garbage, give us more coffee, etc. But they were extremely helpful when we needed a cab to catch a train at 6AM. The first cab refused to take us because my husband uses a wheelchair. They got a second cab and we just made our train by 5 minutes. "

"Loved this location. It is a historic building, and the views from it's higher floors are amazing. Minutes from river walks and architectural tours. Concierge gave a list of restaurants nearby and I stumbled upon City Social Kitchen and Bar nearby. I loved having a iHome radio in my room and listen to classical music at night. Quiet, clean and safe. VERY CLOSE TO THE BLUE LINE TO THE AIRPORT."

"Nice hotel and great location. It lost a star because I spent around $1,000 to stay for a weekend and the room was tiny. Like the comically small apartments you see in NY. They have a good deal with a local parking garage, which is about 3-5 min walk from the hotel. $25/ day to park your car and you can in/out privilege's. There's also a good restaurant attached to the hotel. I had breakfast there every day. Decent prices and great food. "
