"This was a different and overall positive experience. Everything went well, and when we had an issue with the toilet, it was fixed immediately, which I really appreciated. Parking can be a problem — one night we had nowhere to leave the car because there were no available spaces. Overall, I liked the place. Just a heads-up: there’s no soap or shampoo provided, so bring your own."

"The yacht was beautiful and a perfect fit for our family. We have an RV and it was akin to staying in an RV on water. We loved it and would absolutely stay there again if out that way. The location was incredible and parking was easy by PF Changs in a secured lot. "

"Let me start by saying that I loved my stay. The boat is cozy and comfortable but you need to brace yourself for some quirks:1. No bathroom on the boat. For restroom or shower, walk around 100 yards.2. The bathrooms that are available are in disrepair. They were mostly clean but were in need of plumbing repair. There seems to be construction going on to improve this, hopefully it'll be good by the time you rent.3. The checkin process (getting keys and such) is slightly convoluted.4. You...

"We were a large group (10) of guys looking for a spot for a duck hunting trip and this place was perfect! Great location, perfect space for cooking / hanging out and all the room we needed. Cory was in contact early and often. He even went out of his way to come fix the heat when a break switched on us (even after we assured him we’d be okay without it). Overall this place was awesome and we’ll be back for sure "

"This boathouse was a surprise to me, we've been to Monroe many times to visit our kids and grands, but never knew about it. I was searching VRBO and came across the boathouse and am I glad I found it!! "The Grannie Sallie was perfect for our 2025 Tuna Trip, just a short walk from the restaurant and cleaning tables. The place was very clean and stocked up with all of the necessary pots, pans, utensils, etc. It slept 6 men comfortably and had a great porch with a large grill and fish cleaning table. We will be coming back."

"River Place to come back to after being on the water all day for multiple days at a time to be able to feel a hug. Have a home-cooked meal good night sleep and a good shower. Everything was as advertised."
