  • Looking for a peaceful waterfront, floating experience on the Chesapeake Bay? Julia’s Arc has got you covered. Easy access to the boat at high or low tides from a 5 foot wide floating dock. Well protected in the marina and yet right next to beach, waterfowl and the nautical life. Come to relax, come to celebrate, bring your kids or getaway for a romantic celebration. Only 20 minutes to Annapolis, 50 minutes to Chestertown, 45 minutes to Easton, St. Micheals and Oxford. With a full galley that any chef would be pleased with, you can cook up a feast or throw an intimate party. Some even come for work. The wifi signal is fast enough to stream your favorite shows and games or a work video call. Come restore your peace, restore your balance you won’t be sorry.

I have stayed at many places over the years. This would be my favorite place. The view and the location was unbelievable. We were in town for a wedding and our host let us check in early to accommodate the wedding schedule. I would definitely recommend this house boat to anyone that wants a unique and relaxing experience.

The houseboat was an absolute dream. We loved everything about it and really enjoyed our two night stay. Julia has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. It was immaculate, well stocked and all the decor was beautiful. We would love to come back.

Unexpected Delight

Host very easy to work with and what ended up to be a gifted stay for a couple rather than a girls weekend away was much appreciated. Would recommend this property and would stay there again.

This was a terrific experience. The house boat was extremely clean and well taken care of. The host was proactive with terrific communication. She was upfront with the care and expectations of the stay. It was well stocked, perfect for cooking and enjoying the views from the boat. We are already looking at the available dates to return.

Julia’s Arc offered a SUPERIOR experience.. extremely clean, well appointed kitchen, comfortable bed, great location, and ON the water! The owner even texted to ask if everything was OK!! We hope to repeat our stay at Julia’s Arc…..

Unique accommodations

Staying at sea without ever leaving the marina. This special getaway had everything we needed for the weekend and afforded us an unexpectedly relaxing stay. Julia's Arc is surprisingly spacious and cozy and was a pleasant place for us to hang out in for our weekend on Kent Island. Looking forward to a future stay when we're in the area.

Fun experience!

We stayed with our two teens for something different and a break between sightseeing in DC and NY. The two vanity areas and divided bathroom (sliding door between toilet and shower, each with a sink) were helpful for a family of four. The host was very helpful. Fun stay!
