"Airport Shuttle wasn’t available, the entire reason we booked this hotel. The shower and sink held water and didn’t drain. There was hair left in the bottom of the shower. Our window had a gap in the seal and allowed the already extremely loud road noise in. The elevator operating permit license was expired (3/2026). The other elevator was out of service. Would never recommend this hotel. Waiting to hear back from the hotel if I am getting any sort of refund for all the issues."
