"The room had a used and dirty comforter on both beds. We called the front desk to provide us new comforters. We stripped the comforters off the bed and set them aside. When we returned to our room, what housekeeping left us were mattress pads and NOT comforters. Additionally they didn’t even take the dirty comforters or make the beds. We went down to front desk for a new room and they did quickly find us a new room with clean bedding. Overall, seems like poor housekeeping service and good front...

"The sheets had distinct shoe prints on them, towels were dirty, construction was impossible to get around with luggage and everything taped off or a hazard zone in the entrance and exit. Staff was rude, parking was expensive. The view was nice being on the top floor. We liked that we could bike anywhere. Chinatown was close by. The hotel isn’t the best but the location is great."

"Nice hotel right in the heart of Fisherman's Wharf which was nice. There is a pool which was nice to have after walking around all day.
Parking is expensive on site but there really was not a lot of options so you just have to expect it.
We were originally placed in a room on the first floor which as awful. There was a homeless person sleeping outside our room near our window and there was a dog barking non-stop in the room next to us.
We requested a move to another room which they...

"The hotel manager, Nema, was absolutely a joy. We were in town early, reached out, and she made accommodations for us to drop our luggage off, then she took the time to walk through all the bus routes, local restaurants, and other sites to see. After the trip was over needed an additional night stay in the back end of a trip, Nemo went out of her way to make accommodations. The Inn itself was in perfect location for everything you could want, restaurants, shops, buses, cable, cars, Alcatraz,...
