"This was a perfect location. We had a beautiful room with a view of a canal, walking distance to all the main attractions, but off the beaten path just slightly great restaurants and shopping nearby and the hotel itself the staff was outstanding. Very friendly, breakfast was wonderful in the morning, staff gave us directions to different things really can’t say enough about this hotel. It was just recently renovated so the accommodations are finished so beautifully."

The property is a converted third generation home and exquisite. Breakfast was not what we expected. It was lacking nothing including fresh everything and cappuccino made for us. "

"We stayed in one of the lovely apartments, a short walk from the hotel. It was such a nice place to stay. The staff member at the hotel was really helpful with giving us directions to the train station for the following day too. "

"Access to the property is a little bit unusual in that you need to check in at a hotel first and then move over to the actual apartment, but instructions were very clear and easy to follow and the staff at the hotel were very welcoming and helpful. Apartment is exactly as described, very clean and quiet, and in an area of Venice very easily walkable to the major tourist areas while still being very calm and quiet. Exactly what we needed!"

"Best hotel in Venice!! Walking distance from San Marco with lots of dinning options. The ferries are walking distance from the hotel and a very quiet street. The room was very clean and spacious. They also had a great breakfast. Would highly recommend to anyone! "

"Just a warning about the stairs (2 floors up) and the limited reception hours. Keys were left in the mailbox downstairs. Room was amazing and there is a nice cafe right downstairs."

"The location and accommodation itself were excellent. Close to everything while in a quieter zone. Accomodation was large and well laid out and the kitchen was an asset for breakfasts. Staff accommodated an earlier check in for us which was much appreciated after an overnight flight,"

Location is great in nice quite spot away from crowds but located close enough to major spots like St Marks (2) min walk and Rialto bridge maybe 10 minutes. The staff is absolutely amazing so kind and friendly from front desk to bar tenders to bell man and breakfast service they are truly wonderful. "
