We loved how clean it was, how nice the pillows and beds were, the wireless phone chargers that were in each room, and the beautiful sunsets on the lake! We found all of the implements we needed to cook in the kitchen and really appreciated the great communication from the host! We will definitely be back! "

Enjoyed watching and listening to the loons and other wildlife. The cottage is well equipped, clean and comfortable. We spent most of our time outside. "9 days we enjoyed morning walks on kingsport beach, cycling, walking, summer theatre and dining. Sitting on the covered patio overlooking the water, reading our books- all done while visiting Susan's boho chic cottage. The weather was perfect very warm days so we appreciated the air conditioning !"

"Only stayed 1 of 3 nights. I filter my search with 2 bedroom min. There was only one and a sitting living room with couch conversion. Then there was the ants. Within a few min of placing food on the counter ther was over a dozen ants. We cleaned those up. And called the manager. Kudos on the quick response. But their solution was to spray ant poision on the counter then clean after it. They left us the poision and the cleaning solution fo us to repeat. A few min later ants were on the counter...

"Room had a comfortable bed, microwave and fridge which are all great. Place is in good condition, wasn’t expecting it to look so new. Not far from the main area of New Minas with restaurants, groceries, liquor store and convenient to get to Wolfville as well. Only gave four stars overall because there was no soap or body wash in the shower, otherwise it was a great spot. "
