Dos dias antes me vino una obstrucción intestinal y todo el dolor que conlleva. Sigo ingresada en el hospital y he pasado días muy difíciles. Entiendo que aunque era una reserva prepago, se trata de una causa de fuerza mayor, pero ellos no lo han entendido así. Me han cobrado el 100% de la reserva sin ser utilizada. Lamentable gestión. "

"El apartamento es cómodo y tiene un hervidor de agua, una nevera, una tostadora y luego algunos extras como tabla de planchar, plancha o secador de pelo. La cama es cómoda y la ropa de cama y toallas está limpia, pero hay dos sillas en la habitación en las que no me sentaría por nada del mundo, la ducha no tiene más que el cabezal de arriba y no drena bien. Pero está en muy buen sitio y en general no está mal."

"The hosts were really good at communicating the check-in details. Room was clean and cosy. I appreciated having some nicer tea (Cornish Tea- similar strength to Yorkshire Tea) in the refreshment tray. The lack of on-site catering isn't a problem as there are plenty of options in Holyhead within a 15 min walk. I was also able to walk the Coast Path easily from the accommodation."

"Had a lovely, peaceful stay at Pisgah Guesthouse which just what I needed for a weekend of exploration. The room was very comfortable, the whole property was clean to a very high standard and the hosts were good at communicating with guests. Also had a lovely self-service breakfast. "The property itself is a bit outdated although the room in which I stayed seemed newly refurbished and I liked it a lot! Even though it was a budget accommodation, it did include ammenities such as coffee, shampoo, shower gel, etc. The wifi was excellent. The neighborhood was conveniently located for my purposes (25-30 minute walk to Cardiff Bay and to downtown Cardiff). The neighborhood was on the residential side so not very lively. "Had a fantastic one-night stay, traveling with a friend on our motorcycle tour around Wales. Good parking for the bikes at the back of the guest house. fresh ground coffee on arrival. Lots of TV stations in the room. Had the best breakfast on our trip here. They even filled our flaskes when we left. Would reccomend."
