"From the moment I rang to apologise for not confirming my arrival, We were immediately placed at ease. We’ve stayed in Llandudno on a number of occasions staying at so called well reviewed accommodation so really weren’t expecting much. Oh how wrong can you be, the outside is a breath of fresh air and not just your stereo typical guest house but a well decorated frontage with a lovely seating area. "Booked for a nice walking trip reviews were awesome hence booking, check in was nice and easy, parking was not totally clear but there was free parking but only 2 spaces. Room was on top floor and spacious, bathroom was lovely, great shower, could do with an upgrade on the tv to smart tv. WiFi was not working and the same can be said for 4&5G in Llandudno. Joseph was very attentive and awesome host, we were late for breakfast on the last day but he kindly accommodated us, the food was awesome,...

"We really liked the apartment and enjoyed our stay. Check in was very easy with keys available via a lock box - and it was very handy to have two sets of keys. The location was perfect - only half a block from the promenade and close to restaurants, shopping, and the tram to the Great Orme. Despite being so centrally located, the apt was very quiet. The beds and linens were very comfortable and we had lots of hot water and good water pressure. We didn’t cook while there but the kitchen appeared...

"Super cute property. Alice in wonderland themed. Very unique and cool decor. Property was spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed, with Queen of hearts decor. Upstairs there is a private garden, with decking and big table and chairs, and lighting and heater, which was a fantastic surprise. The upstairs garden has great privacy, and feels very safe from the general public. Theres also a downstairs outdoor area, with table and chairs, which was nice, though quite a few spiders outside, so we avoided...

"3 generations holiday. Centrally located, lots of space. Ideal for our needs. Complimentary extras were a lovely touch. The decoration wasn’t perfect but it really didn’t matter. It was very clean when we arrived and communication prior to our arrival was good. Street was quiet but close to all attractions. We struggled working the TV at first but got there in the end. We enjoyed our stay and made happy memories. Thankyou"
