"This was a first visit to this hotel and we have already rebooked. Our room was lovely with plenty of space, a very comfortable king-size bed, and a walk in shower. There is a very good and varied breakfast menu. The staff were friendly and helpful. That there is a car park is a bonus as parking can be difficult in Llandudno."

"Limited parking but you can park overnight on a nearby street with parking for 90 minutes between 9:00 and 17:00. But leave before 10:30! Restaurant is expensive but the quality is good and the staff excellent."

"Just returned from a week at The Kendrick in Llandudno. We cannot praise Nathan and his team enough, everything was wonderful and they did everything they could to make our holiday perfect, paying special attention to our likes and dislikes. The Hotel itself is clean, modern and fresh (not like a lot of hotels nowadays that are 'tired' and in need of some TLC). Breakfast was whatever you wanted it to be, cooked, cereals, juices etc and was delicious. The room was spacious and quite cool...

"Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Room a bit small for a kingsize deluxe - a tiny gap between the bed and the wall on one side to get into it which was a bit ridiculous and the shower trap was not clean. Location is great, and nice stroll into the centre. Lovely sitting out the front for a drink in the evening and dinner was great in the restaurant."

"The beds were very comfortable, but the fixtures in the bathroom could be better. The soap dish in the shower was very rusty and hanging off the wall. The sink taps needed a good clean. I tried using the hairdryer but it hardly had any power to dry my hair and looked unsafe to use as it went bright orange when I turned it on. I did mention this to a member of staff and he said he would bring me another hairdryer but he didn’t"

"The hotel was nice but food and drink was expensive the coffee and tea in the room was very underwhelming the cheeps coffee 2 biscuits and 4 small pots of milk but the bottle water was a nice touch"

"The hotel is in a really good location, central to a lot of things to do and resturants. The hotel is definitely old. The beds and shower were clean. The floors had debris from previous stays. The paint on the wall is peeling and the ceiling is coming off as well. There isn’t any cleaning people that come to tidy up during your stay and if you need any additional towel, toilet paper or anything you need to go to the desk yourself. "Such a unique place to stay. The pub has amazing food; loved getting breakfast in the morning. Everything was super easy. Would’ve loved some amenities in the room for us to store and heat up food, but still a lovely room."

M.a.w. super verblijf in een mooie badplaats! ('iets' van opbouwende kritiek: het ontbijt was heerlijk/lekker, alleen vonden wij het vaste tijdstip van 9u niet altijd heel praktisch. Het alternatief om de avond ervoor 'ontbijt op de kamer op een bepaald uur' aan te vragen, was op zich wel goed, echter...
