"Location wise excellent as it is quite close to the pier. Although the rooms were good, the hotel needs maintenance (probably like most other hotels in that area). Breakfast was nice and good variety."

"Great beachfront location, right in front of the beach and close to local amenities. However, the rooms (standard rooms) need updating, especially the shower and toilet, which felt outdated. Staff were friendly, but the hotel would benefit from refurbishment."

"Great location. Staff was helpful. However, at the near end of a two week trip to show up and find out the laundry facilities and ice machine were both out of work really ruined the part of my holiday."

"Lovely large room and decent sized shower room. Free parking was a big plus point. Plenty of choice on the tea / coffee tray. Staff were helpful and courteous. Breakfast for my personal taste was a little underwhelming, large plate with only one item of each, and a poorly cooked poached egg. Good choice of cereals and yoghurts. Nice to have a cafetiere for the morning coffee. All in all though, I / we will be staying here again if in the area as it provides really good value for money in...

"Check in was a breeze. Staff (owners) were very helpful......and lots of fun. We had a large room with a king sized bed and it was very comfortable. GREAT views!! Breakfast was made to order and had lots of choices. As to Llandudno........what a beautiful Victoria resort town!! MANY things to do and great areas to visit."

"Great welcome to the property and given advice on offers of where to eat. Room was spacious, outlook was onto car park but we don’t spend much time in there and hadn’t booked a sea view so that was fine. We were given a pass for parking. Short walk to theatre. Nathan is a lovely host, couldn’t have been made more welcome. Well done to him running the B & B on his own."
