"L'emplacement de cet hôtel est parfait, en plein cœur de l'agitation du vieux quartier tout en étant situé dans une rue calme. Le personnel était tous charmants et un merci tout particulier à Jimmi, le directeur, qui était exceptionnellement attentif, aimable et serviable. Le petit-déjeuner était délicieux, la chambre était propre, confortable et calme. "Il personale di questo hotel non poteva fare abbastanza per aiutarti con ogni piccolo dettaglio, dall'organizzare il trasferimento da/per l'aeroporto al permetterci di cambiare camera quando quella che avevamo scelto (vista fronte) era un po' troppo rumorosa! La posizione era fantastica… letteralmente a metà isolato dal lago e ottimi ristoranti! La colazione era buona - dalle uova preparate al momento alla frutta e allo yogurt!"
