"Buen hotel, limpio, staff agradable"

"The hotel was very clean and comfortable. It was in the perfect location. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent."

"Very good and good location Thanks"

"Incredibly polite and nice staff. They allowed us to do early check-in. Very helpful with reservations and making local calls and problem solving. Location is really good. Room was spacious. Photos are much better than reality. Water in the shower had good pressure if you only turned cold water, medium pressure for lukewarm and zero to a string of water coming out from the shower head for hot water. The sink drain stopper would not allow water to flow, so I had to unscrew it. Corridor carpet has...

"I love this hotel, centrally located, the breakfast amazing, you have menu And buffet, the room so good(Netflix), and staff DARÍA amazing person you feel like home.."

"An outdated, kitschy, and not very comfortable hotel. The location isn’t bad, and the staff is very professional and friendly, but I think they should really update their décor — it feels very old-fashioned."

"Our room was spacious and very nicely arranged. It was also carefully designed so that the desk was perfectly arranged to set up my computer. The electrical outlets were set up with both European or American outlets so that we did not even need the adapters we had brought with us. The daily buffet breakfast was also nice and varied day to day with various offerings. Separately, the hotel also acts as a travel agent and we worked with the front desk which did a great job recommending and...

"Staff very super nice, helpfu and knowledgeable about the area and Hanoi in general. Accommodation was very good and the hotel is located plumb in the old quarter very close to lots of shops and markets."

"Excelente servicio!! Lugar muy limpio !"

"This property has a lot of potential but completely falls short of even being a 3 star. There is a complete lack of detail in everything. The rooms meet the minimum standard of clean, meaning the sheets and towels are changed and trash is taken out, however they are very dusty, with dusty cobwebs everywhere. The mirrors and doors are covered in fingerprints and dirty smudges. The high touch areas, like handles, hair dryer and tv remote were greasy. Also, the towels were clean, but were very worn...
