"The hotel itself is nice, located right in the Old Quarter, a quick walk from a bunch of shops, restaurants, and sights. The furnishings in the hotel are new/modern. My room was also a good size. The real winner though is the staff. They are so nice and friendly, it made me feel really welcomed. The only thing I’d say that could be improved is the AC could’ve been stronger."

"I loved this hotel. The staff were very helpful, attentive, professional, and informative. My room was very clean and nice and cool before I walked in, they have the AC turned on 24/7 to keep the room comfortable. I also loved joking around with the staff; they were really good-natured about it. One important thing to remember: because it’s located by Hoan Kiem Lake, the road is closed from Friday at 7:00 PM until Sunday at midnight.
