Only issue we encountered was the pool being shut down for maintenance, as we did book this Hilton location specifically for the indoor pool. But that's nobody's fault, maintenance happens :) If we're ever in town again we will still probably book this same property!!"

I am extremely disappointed with both this property and its refusal to work with us on a reasonable resolution.
I booked this hotel through Expedia for my mother and aunt, who were traveling to Austin to attend a family funeral. The photos online made the property appear attractive and welcoming, but the reality of the surrounding area was very different.
