"The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. There were some minor issues. First, the coat hanging space is too short and I had to hang my suit in the bathroom. Second, the shower button and handle were a little complicated and did not work at first. A technician came to help and got it fixed."

Bonus points that breakfast is open until 10am and facilities are open until 10pm. Could do better with toiletries (provide lotion, etc.). Need to fix advertising about “complimentary” hospitality hour - it is not complimentary."

"Our room keys were deactivated 2 hrs before departure and then we had to show ID when we had come for breakfast without wallet. Inconvenient!"

"Great place to stay if you’re going to be in and out. The rooms are small-ish but super quiet, has blackout curtains, check-in/check-out was simple and straightforward, and the airport shuttle was AWESOME! There’s also a great selection of snacks for purchase in the lobby. "
