"We had a comfortable stay overall. The hotel is conveniently located close to the freeway, which made getting around very easy. We booked a trio room and were pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was. Having two bathrooms was a great feature and made it much easier for our group to get ready without waiting. "Room advertised as having a full kitchen. It did basically, but no kitchen items at all, except one kitchen towel. Once in the room, we discovered a small sign under the towel - we almost did not use. On the card it describes things we could request, such as kitchen items. We would have loved this information at check-in. I was not surprised though, since the hotel clerk could not give me a straight answer or perhaps just not understanding my needs. "Wonderfully clean establishment, great customer service. Only thing is the parking now being run separately by Metropolis - set-up was cumbersome and did not work well. Furthermore, corporate account typically covered on-site parking and now it no longer is included."
