"If I could rate the this 0 stars I would. Photos were not representative of the unit, the listed address is not actually the address, and the owner wouldn’t communicate via VRBO chat. The listing was also previously pulled and then reposted, probably to keep people from leaving bad reviews. I would not recommend this property at all."

"I would recommend, very convenient location next to the airport and emerald beach resort, clean and the host was very accommodating! Perfect place to stay during carnival, walkable and easy to catch safari rides, taxi, airport shuttle or rent a car. And you get a mix of the local experience. 10/10"

"We had a terrific stay here! We used to love camping, but now our bodies love comfortable beds and air conditioning. This place has the best of both! The container room was completely comfortable. The kitchen area has a refrigerator so it was easy to keep supplies there. And you are surrounded by nature - deer, donkeys, goats, sugarbirds, toads... This site is located near Salt Pond Bay, the best beach on St. John, in my opinion, as well as the start to Ram Head trail, which is a gorgeous hike....

"Stayed in off season & was not busy. Few issues with water supply pump but things happen & only out few hours. Otherwise the property was fairly well maintained & the staff was helpful. This resort is away from the city so the light population isn't bad & the stars & moon were beautiful rising over the top pool. If looking for smoke, ran into locals at resort & every beach has a guy."

"We stayed at Bluebeards from Monday October 13th through Monday October 20th. The hotel room was excellent, perfect size for the two of us on our honeymoon. King size bed, no tub but standing shower was very clean and good water pressure after a long day at the beach. The pool was very shallow at 3.5’ deep, but we were here for the beaches. "The place is well kept and just as advertised. "We had a great stay. A little snafu upon check in- the property had not been thoroughly cleaned, but the property manager rectified it quickly. Appreciate the prompt responses of the property manager and the unit was clean and ready for us in about 45 minutes. Super cute villa and VERY convenient. Really only con was the noise of traffic late at night. If you bring ear plugs or a noise machine you can mitigate some of that noise. Overall a wonderful girls weekend!"
