"Es de los hoteles que menos ruido hay en las habitaciones. A penas se oye ruido externo ni de la calle ni de los pasillos. Ofrecen posibilidad de compensar la limpieza diaria por vales para usar en el bar del propio hotel."

"Everything perfect! Quiet and big room, Good located amd everything you nedd to vosot this amazinf city! For me, one of the best point is the fitness area. You can really train not like other gyms that dont have enough machines ☺️ staff is so kind, specially breakfasts ones. "

"Not a bad property , however they can’t claim they are a 4 star hotel . Some of the staff at reception , not welcoming at all. I agree that I came early and room is always subject to availability. However I ask if i could take a shower or use the amenities while room is ready . I got a big no ! Not even some other solutions, I came from a long trip of 2 days traveling just wanted to take a shower , if the pool is a no at least the ones on the gym . Staff after that got mute no response whatsoever , no alternatives , even not upselling . They say they will contact us through email once the room is ready while waiting for that I saw another guest having issues with the bill and saw like at least 5 check outs . When I came back I saw there where some games you could play while waiting staff did not offer this . Then they pass and pass through the lobby arranging however washrooms not really good taken care off . Other thing is alll toilets seems to have an issue with the flush so you need to check that water is not running out . Breakfast buffet, very disappointed on the selection , only scramble eggs not even cheese section . Have to say Angie here was nice and receive us with a smile . In the room the shower the water goes out as the incline of the floor is not properly set it can be a bit dangerous. As VIP had to ask for my inclusion of it . It seems no one from the team knew about this as they try to use it as a recovery. Is not a 4 star hotel at best is just a 3 star "

"El hotel está muy bien ubicado, sin embargo, las instalaciones están muy viejas y deprimentes. Pero lo que no es nada aceptable, es que permitan que se reúnan muchos inmigrantes que están de intercambio en una habitación, para pasar la noche, porque quizás viven en los suburbios. Y hacen mucho ruido."
