"Nos gusta mucho hospedarnos aquí, pero esta vez, la limpieza de nuestro cuarto no fue buena, 2 días salimos después de las 10 de la habitación, y pusimos el cartel de no molestar, al salir lo quitamos pero no hicieron la habitación, así fue dos noches, tampoco aspiraban y usamos los vasos y se nos hizo raro que no volvieran a surtirlos. La cama no era muy cómoda. Los chicos de recepción siempre amables."

"Everything was excellent, the room was clean and nice. At our check in the staff was very friendly, they even spoke Spanish (we only speak Spanish) so it was good to know that the check in would not be difficult for us. However, at our check out the girl who served us was unfriendly."
