"Staff were lovely and helpful, answered any questions we had. They made the trip easy for us by booking airport transfers, they went through the amenities with us. We were so thankful for the free cold water tap they provide in the 'living room', it was so good to have after a long day of exploring, eating and drinking. The room was very good, plenty of space for 2 and decorated nicely and very clean. It was amazing value for money - we weren't expecting such a nice place for the amount we paid!...

"Love this hotel!! Fantastic location in the heart of Paris by Halles, restaurants, great shopping on all sides, museums, easy walk to Metro etc.. The staff is fantastic!! the Japanese toilet is everything!! Everyone needs that! Air conditioning helped in the Paris sweltering heat the past few days"
