"They need to start breakfast before 7am as many guests have early plans while on vacation. An option-denied to me- would be breakfast by Room Service before 7am. This level of hotel should have no issue with that."

"Hotel/ Apartments are close to major attractions. Hop-on hop-off bus stop is right next to the hotel. Very convenient. Metro/rail stop is also very close but we didn't use the metro/rail. Area is quite busy with plenty of dining amd shopping options."

"This is a really excellent hotel. Great location. Next to metro. Adjacent to all the sites. The staff was lovely. They gave us access to our room early. Lots of space in the room. Adjustable thermostat (nice and cold). Spacious shower. Comfortable bed. Hotel smells great as well. I would always choose this hotel when in Madrid "
