"The location was good, being fairly central and as we had previously stayed at Reina Victoria (also 4 stars and now closed due to refurbishment) we felt we knew what to expect from a 4 star hotel in Madrid. The two good points were a comfortable bed and good breakfast. However, in one or two instances, it fell short of expectations.
