"Overall impression of Sheraton is that the staff are amazing. I checked in very late in the morning yet the staff was polite and quick with the check-in process. When I checked out I had to rush to the airport to catch my plane and 'Rosie' picked up a taxi since the grab driver was asking to pay in cash when I didn't have any. And she even gave us a hanoi keyring as a small gift. I would definitely recommend this place!"

"We were greeted by Lily when we arrived and she was just as helpful when we left. The entire staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcomed and to accommodate any requests you have.
