"Property was as described T&C's stated we would have access details 3 days prior to arrival but this didn't happen. We contacted host and were told we would have them on the afternoon prior to arrival, this change was disappointing and unsettling as we have experianced catastrophic failure with other rentals so either the T&C were incorrect or the host was mistaken in delaying either way there was an breach of contract outside of our control and was unexpected and unsettling as less than 72hrs...

"A great place to stay just outside the city centre. 25 min walk into Belfast and feels safe. Near to the Botanical Gardens and Ulster Museum. Accomodation was clean and comfortable - great having a seating / dining area separate to the bedroom as we visited with friends and could have drinks together. Would stay here again if visiting Belfast."

"This property is well appointed with almost everything you might need. The host is well organized which makes moving in and out easy. Wine, coffee, and chips are a welcome plus. The car park allowed us to leave our rental car and take the bus to the city centre. All in all it was a great stay."

"If you’re on the fence, go for it! This is a lovely, quiet, fully furnished space in a convenient location. If I could change things, I’d stay here instead of Belfast, as it’s more comfortable and just a few express bus stops from the city. Very clean and cute! "

"This great flat is in a modern block right in the heart of the Queens district (University area). Very near the botanic gardens and the Ulster Museum, as well as a fantastic range of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. Buses into the city centre are just on the main road outside. "We had an unforgettable stay at the Regency House in Belfast. The Mayor’s Suite was absolutely incredible—spacious, elegant, and full of character. Just as impressive was the service; each of the girls we dealt with went above and beyond, easily some of the best hospitality we’ve ever experienced (we found out they live together, study together and work together - and it shows that the all share the same work ethic and kindness)! "The apartment was nice and quiet. The bed was comfortable and the extra 1/2 bath was great for two people. A short 15 minute walk to the city center with easy access to public transportation.
