"This is what you picture a house on the beach would be. Left reef approved sun block and insect body spray. Great sea glass hunting directly in front of the house. Perfect area for a beach chair in the surf. Made good use of the outdoor shower. Easy communications with our hostess and we are eager to return to this spot."

"We had a wonderful visit to Estate River. This large home had much space for our family group of 11 which included children. We liked the central location which is 10 minutes to Cane Bay and Carambola and 20 minutes to Fredriksted. Estate River is private and quiet. The property manager was very responsive and provided everything for which we asked. "

"It was a very pleasant stay. The area is easily accessible to the entire island. The view & breeze was great to just lay back and take in. Slept like a rock. Excellent for relaxing after a busy day. The host/management was very responsive, friendly and helpful. Internet was stable enough for video conferencing. Cell reception ok. You should rent at a minimum an AWD to move around the island. Many roads are in dire need of repair/upgrade across the island. Taxis and public transportation is scant...

"This was a beautiful home with a breathtaking view. We spent most of our time out on the deck with the light trade winds and the wonderful view. Everything we could possibly need for the kitchen was there. The pool was a nice treat. The owner was very available for question and advice. "Our stay at the condo was great. It is centrally located on the island, so we could drive anywhere we wanted to go easily. It is a few minutes drive into Christiansted where there are plentiful restaurant options. It is close to groceries and gas stations. JoAnna was a very responsive host and helpful with recommendations. Check in was easy, the place was clean, the complex had a nice pool. It was quiet during our stay. I would stay here again."

"We love the place. We were looking for. Simplicity and a convenient location as we rented a car to visit all the great snorkeling spots. We enjoyed the pool a few times. And the condo just had what we needed. Even provided reef safe sunscreen for us to borrow, and a welcome Cruzan blackberry rum."

"Sunrises in the morning, sunsets at night, all from the comfort of the patio and tide pool. Sea View Play is by far my favorite villa I have ever stayed in. The view is spectacular and incredibly photogenic and the fact the living room opens up to experience that makes this a must stay villa in my opinion.
