La joven Shenica, encargada del checkin que está durante horas laborables y que no reside en el hotel, es muy amable e intenta resolver cualquier situación, dentro de sus propias limitaciones. "Pagarc ese precio por habitación exige algunas garantías de calidad. Comida rápida en general para desayuno y almuerzo (lunch). Mejor en cena. Conseguir mesa ciertos días imposible y toca llevar a habitación. Nada después de las 9pm. Decoración de habitaciones vieja y algo gastada. Muy buen sitio y excelentes vistas al mar eso si. Relación precio-calidad bastante discutible."

"Clean and nice view from 3rd floor condo. Sugar beach was pretty secluded and residents were always friendly and helpful. Location was good and only a short drive to Christiansted. Property owner was quick to respond and address issues. Condo is listed as two bedrooms but most of our trip we couldn’t use the loft. "If you want to visit St. Croix you should book at this hotel. Many of St. Coix’s hotels do not have direct beach access let alone the views of a beach like this one. The owners/staff seemed to think of every little thing that could have been improved. The food at the cafe was great and beach service was always a dream.
