"The food is very good from both on site restaurants. Resort needs to do better with daily activities! The scheduled daily activities did not happen at all. AND each night the wifi and tv cable shuts off after about 10pm. SAD!!"

"Sandcastle hotel was an awesome place to stay. The front desk personnel were helpful at check-in explaining what was available as far as amenities during our stay. The only thing I can say is the continental breakfast offered at the check-in desk needs an improvement. Other than that, the hotel grounds are pleasant and well manicured. "What a great location with 5 star views. We practically had the entire beach to ourselves for the 5 days we stayed. The resort could use a little updating but I’m not complaining because I loved every bit of our time there. Breakfast is amazing! I’m so sad it’s going to be turning into a club med. "The room was very clean. The only issue I had was there were period stains on my sheets. They had been bleached, but there were still remnants of stains. Who puts that on the bed? They should’ve gotten thrown out. Upon request, they did change my sheets. Some staff were very friendly and helpful some look annoyed that you were even there. "Besides the roaches, the place was AMAZING. Drinks were great, food was filling. The property was under construction, but still very beautiful. The roaches really killed the vibe though. They seem to enjoy the bathroom and the curtains the most even though they are also present in the kitchenette. I think an exterminator would do them good. The staff were very helpful and very friendly. Otherwise we had a great time. Would have been 5 stars if we didn’t have to deal with roaches in our room....

"I would stay here again. We were here 9 years ago and loved it! It was just as good this time. Views are wonderful, beach is very nice and not crowded, bartender Connor was excellent and food truck was delicious!! We fell in love with the cats around our cabin. All in all, this place will always be our place to stay!! "
