Overall it was a really nice experience! Most the staff was great! Only bad thing was the A/C unit would flood the floor if the door was open. Tried to turn the unit off and enjoy the waves and then turn it back on at night and couldn't without making a mess. Drain needs to be fixed.

Great experience! The room was spacious and clean with a great view of the ocean. Waves crashing outside the window lulled us to sleep every night. The staff was friendly and attentive, even when we had requests after hours. The kitchenette had everything we needed to cook simple breakfasts, and the large refrigerator allowed us to keep our drinks and perishable foods cold or even frozen. Cane Bay beach is a short walk away, maybe three minutes or less, and there are a few restaurants and beach bars along the way. Ama restaurant at the Waves is excellent, as is the Sunset bar. We would definitely come here again.

The room and view were spectacular! The complimentary wine and cookies were such a cute extra touch. Clean room, friendly staff, and very accommodating. I can't wait to go back!

I stayed at this property for 3 days and loved it. I would absolutely book again. It was clean, everyone was nice and helpful. It was on top of a restaurant and just a 6 minute walk to the beach. It is a bit dark on this road but other than that everything was perfect.

Our stay at The Waves at Cane Bay was phenomenal! You walk into your room and the aesthetic is so nice and romantic. And the first thing you see is a large windows and it feels as if you are staying directly on the ocean! Your only view is of the ocean and the beautiful island mountains. The sound of the waves were so soothing and relaxing. There was a complimentary bottle of wine upon our arrival and there were enough amenities in the kitchen for us to make food on our room if we wanted and made our own mixed drinks in the room as well. The shower was nice and hot. The bed was comfortable. The AC was nice and cold. AMA that is attached to the hotel was also amazing! Everywhere we went around the Island everyone raved about AMA and knew about The Waves. We were will definitely be coming back in the future! Highly recommend renting a 4WD Vehicle as the location on the Island does have rough roads. Cane bay was a great beach to snorkel at, and the restaurants around that area were all very good. We had a great experience renting from the dive shop at Cane bay as well.

I had a wonderful stay here and was impressed by how much it exceeded my expectations! The room was amazing, with a stunning ocean view, private balcony, and unique peeping tom shower window. The dark, vibrant vibes and wicked furniture added to the charm. The bed was comfy, and the cool atmosphere was perfect for relaxation. Diane was incredibly nice and assisting. Funny enough, she had a familiarity with my family, which made me feel right at home. The complimentary bottle, snacks, and drinks were a great touch. However, my experience with the bar service was mixed. The lady running the bar was a bit abrupt when I tried to redeem my complimentary drink voucher, and her comment about tipping was unnecessary. The drink itself was strong, but could've been sweeter. On the bright side, the young lady who assisted her was super kind and made up for it. Overall, I'd say the service, atmosphere, room, and amenities were excellent. I'd definitely recommend The Waves at Cane Bay to others, but maybe just be aware of the bar service.

We loved our brief stay. Deco was relaxing. Loved sitting on balcony and watching waves and sunsets. Shower had great water pressure and temperature. It is a leisurely 10 minute walk to Cane Beach. The Waves give you beach towels. Across from beach is another bar and grill - good food, large portions, good drinks. Perfect location to relax and unwind.

It would be nice if they offered chairs to take to the beach, since they do not have a pool and no real ocean access on property. The room and view were amazing and staff is awesome!!

Our room was very nice, the only thing was the lack of an extra mirror. There was only the bathroom mirror to het ready with and there wasn't any other mirrors in the room. Also if you want to stay at a spot with more to do this is not the place. This is a very personal and private area. Overall it was a great experience!

I stayed at this beautiful resort and fell in love with its secluded location on the edge of the island. The property is peaceful and well-kept, with some of the best room views I’ve ever experienced. My room was spotless and very comfortable, making it easy to relax and unwind. The on-site restaurant and bars were a highlight of my stay. Both the upstairs and downstairs bartenders were warm, engaging, and made me feel right at home. While there are a few local food spots within walking distance, I didn’t find them as impressive , but the resort itself had everything I needed for a wonderful stay. I look forward to returning to Waves Cane Bay and would highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to St. Croix.
