"We had such a lovely weekend here as a family! From the moment we arrived, the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The spa was beautiful and so relaxing, and the treatments were amazing. "Excellent stay for two people! Love the location and proximity to the tube. You're nestled right in the heart of lots of tourist attractions. Free coffee, and tea every morning was a must. Staff was fantastic. Would definitely stay there again. The room was tight, but if you're planning to be out and about it's just a place to keep your stuff and sleep. 10/10"

"Whenever I went to the washroom, it was clean and organized. The staff was nice. You can get there from the Heathrow Airport by only the Piccadilly Line. The hotel must have been full, but I heard nothing from other rooms as if there was by myself in the hotel. It was really quiet. They don't have AC, but the temperature was comfortable while my visit in the middle of October."
