"River and location and ground floor."

"Went midweek and it was very haphazard, yes there was a schedule of entertainment but no it wasn’t followed. Got pizza delivered in the evening. There was very little choice in the park itself for food and coffee even harder to come by. The room itself was grand - the treasure hunt a highlight."

"Dirty and too far away from the airport"

"comfortable and clean in a good walkable location. Only improvement would be for the 24 hour parking to be from afternoon check in time 4pm- 4pm."

"Excellent stay. The hotel is a little tired, but staff are lovely and beatuful grounds."

"Staff"

"Perfect location and super awesome staff! I highly recommend this property."

"Run down hotel in need of modernisation"

"Tout simplement magnifique. La campagne près de Londres. Les jardins, le service, la nourriture tout est impeccable."

"Aminities were pretty outdated and not well-kept but I think for the location and price it wasn’t horrible. We only stayed a night . If you are into the older-vintage feel, you’d probably enjoy it."
