"Extremely spacious, well equipped clean rooms except a couple of the window areas. External stairwell had a lot of flying insects which was off putting (assume attracted inside from woods to the lights)"

"Great stat overall"

"Helpful stay and clean bathroom"

"The experience at Ribby Hall Spa Hotel is incredible. It did let us with a few things which I think are fixable and I hope this feedback can help improve the service. First of all, the indoor and outdoor spa is amazing, well paced and never feels too busy, however I will say the amount of wasps in the outdoor area, including flying around in the bar and quite literally hovering and crawling around the hot tubs is a concern and was a big let down for such an amazing venue. "3 star best hotel as anything else is extra Breakfast"

"Best Holiday Inn we've stayed in! We had a disabled access room and it was huge! Very clean. Absolutely most effective AC we've had in a UK hotel! Staff friendly. Hotel welcoming with free refreshments at reception. Breakfast good."

"Amazing food, lovely rooms."

"Nice new hotel but room had stains on the carpet and marks on the chair. Breakfast was good and staff are very friendly. Loads of parking as well."

"We stayed at no10 for 2 nights, and had a lovely stay. We stayed in the Kensington suite and it was perfect. Lovely and clean Very spacious Comfortable beds & pillows And great location Overall we had a wonderful time The only downside was the WiFi strength however the room we stayed in was downstairs towards the back of the property which I think was the reason why it was so weak, however this did not dampen our stay one bit."

"Great hotel, beautiful grounds and surrounding area. Lovely staff."

"This is a nice stay for a short trip in Lancaster. The area has parking food, shops and restaurants. Easily accessible by metro and buses. The hotel itself has no amenities but the rooms are comfortable. There is a Witherspoon pub right downstairs can be a bit noisy but it’s a college town it should be expected."

"booked two rooms for 3 people and wasnt disappointed on my return visit to this place. Clean and ideally placed for preston city centre. Easy local parking and highly recommended"

"Very unique property and everyone really enjoyed the stay no issues to report and we were able to use all the facilities available"

"Stay clear!"
