"We booked 2 junior suites, room 228 was very nice and matched what was advertised on the website. Unfortunately room 117 was less satisfactory, 2 rooms on different levels had been knocked together to form a 'suite' with 2 bathrooms a very small bedroom and remote equally small sitting area. Nice view of the bin store from the window resulting in plenty of clattering as bins were deposited there. Breakfast was fine and the staff were very nice."

"From the moment we arrived till we checked out this hotel delivered. Lovely welcome on arrival, spacious clean room. Comfortable bed, handy fridge, sofa. Delicious buffet breakfast. My preferred eggs were not in the buffet but asked and they were provided no problem. Evening meal was delicious too. Waiting staff very pleasant and helpful. Spa facilities were great. "Got a free upgrade to the Casablanca, gorgeous room, with living area and bedroom, 2 toilets, a shower room and free standing bath, also a kitcheb area where tea coffe and milk was supplied. The room was lovely and clean and smelt really nice. The bed was huge and very comfy. Location was great and communication from the host was good. Would definitely stay again."

"Man on desk polite. Surprised when told our room was in another building, next to hotel. Freezing cold initially as heater just coming warm. Strange smell in the room, however clean sheets and fresh towels available. Room needs painting as lots of marks everywhere. Tea and coffee avaiable in the room. Very basic room, probably right for the money we paid. Would not stay again"

"Great accommodation a short walk from the train station and town centre in Preston. It had a homely feel and felt private, with a good level of cleanliness. It was easy to contact the host, who clearly cared about us having a good stay. Would return!"
